Dimark offers unrivaled experience resolving interoperability issues and maintains a dedicated TR-069 engineering team to monitor changes and develop to the standard. This focus and expertise allows our partners to quickly bring a superior product to market. We make the Make vs. Buy decision easy. Dimark's philosophy on TR-069 and remote management technologies revolves around deployment. While we will do everything we can to promote compliance with the standard, we realize this is not always practical, and we will not fall into the trap of debating the purity of the standard at the expense of our partner's needs. In Dimark's view, the customer is right and it's our job to make it so. For example, recently at the request of a CPE partner, Dimark sent an engineer to a Telco's facility to troubleshoot TR-104 and TR-111 interoperability issues. The management server in use was developed in-house by the Telco and by the Telco's own admission, did not adhere to the specification. Dimark's engineers were able to customize the client code to achieve full interoperability within one week's time, much to the pleasure of the Telco, and benefit of Dimark's partner.
