CPE devices will be fully certified by the Dimark Technologies
TR-069 Certification Lab. During the TR-069 certification process,
our lab engineers will carefully evaluate the communications
stream between the device and ACS. If an issue is identified,
your dedicated Lab Engineer will forward these results to you
as well as the expected behavior and pointers to the specific
chapter and verse in the specification that defines this section
(to validate that our conclusions are correct). The Lab Engineer
will then work closely with you to resolve the problem and provide
ongoing testing and expert advice. If necessary, engineers are
available to assist with correcting CPE firmware source code.
