Engineering Support
There is strong strategic value in working closely with a company with significant resources dedicated exclusively to TR-069: your engineering team doesn't need to track and develop for ongoing changes made by the DSL Forum, that's our job. Dimark Technologies will provide complete ongoing support concerning the TR-069 Technical Document, for both the TR-069 Server and theTR-069 Client Source Code as well as all related specifications and other initiatives to ensure compatibility. Dimark will monitor the evolution of these standards and ensure that your CPE devices meet all requirements.

Dimark's partners have access to our team of engineers who can provide complete support on the TR-069 Technical Document, server and embedded client source code. These engineers have extensive knowledge in TR-069 and the underlying SOAP communications streams where it is not uncommon for them to diagnose interoperability issues by disassembling the SOAP communications stream between the CPE and ACS to pinpoint the problem. No other company offers this level of expertise.

Testing and Certification
To ensure that your CPE devices are fully compliant, your TR-069 CPE devices will be fully certified by the Dimark Technologies TR-069 Certification Lab. During the TR-069 certification process, our lab engineers will carefully evaluate the communications stream between the device and ACS. If an issue is identified, your dedicated Lab Engineer will forward these results to you as well as the expected behavior and pointers to the specific chapter and verse in the specification that defines this section (to validate that our conclusions are correct). The Lab Engineer will then work closely with you to resolve the problem and provide ongoing testing and expert advice. If necessary, engineers are available to assist with correcting CPE firmware source code.

TR-069 ACS
The Dimark Management Server supports the full suite of TR-069 protocols, including TR-098 for QoS, TR-104 for VoIP gateways and ATAs, TR-111 for LAN/NAT devices, TR-135 for STB/IPTV, and TR-140 for network storage.

TR-069 CLIENT
Dimark's embedded TR-069 client for Linux, WinCE and RTOS powered devices is available to manufacturers of voice, video, network storage and gateway devices, as well as chip vendors and ISVs. This client supports the full suite of TR-069 protocols.
