Dimark Technologies, Inc. develops and markets
remote management products that dramatically lower the costs Wired and Wireless
Service Providers incur when installing, configuring and supporting
subscriber equipment. The Company’s technologies
provide secure auto-configuration, remote management and provisioning
capabilities that enable these subscribers to easily activate and manage their devices and easily acquire upgrades
and value-added options and services.
Dimark's standards based secure network management systems allow
Internet devices, such as broadband gateways, Wireless Access Points and Handsets,
VoIP gateways, Network Attached Storage, IPTV Set-Top Boxes and
other embedded network devices to automatically configure and
update, greatly reducing the time and cost to deploy and support
these devices. Dimark's products also enable incremental and
recurring post-deployment revenue opportunities by providing low cost
delivery, installation and configuration of a wide range of value-added
services.
Dimark's core business is standards-based secure remote management
of embedded devices, with a focus on the TR-069 suite of
protocols.
Dimark has made significant investments over the past four years developing TR-069 software and earning the reputation in the market as the “go-to team” where this very complex technology is concerned.
During this period, and most noticeably since Summer 2006, the company has seen TR-069 become a de-facto requirement for many carriers. What’s interesting here, and good for Dimark’s business, is these carriers are not only deploying TR-069, but broad use across all areas, wired and wireless, is often mandated. As such, suppliers who are being squeezed to support complex technologies that fall outside their competency often come to Dimark for help.
Virtually all the RFx’s our partners see across a wide array of device-types have a TR-069 requirement. And we’re finding the carriers are placing very specific demands for data models and functionality on their suppliers; this also bodes well for Dimark as we have the background and experience to quickly address these needs.
Since TR-069 has now gained wide adoption with the large carriers and a solid reputation for performance in the market, CLEC and T2 carriers are starting to adopt. We have several such deployments in the Americas and Europe, with significant interest/trials worldwide being reported by our distribution channel.
Extending beyond the traditional TR-069 market, the broad trend we’re seeing extends beyond DSL into a truly access-agnostic array of transports; we have customers in Cellular, WiMAX, Cable, and other very diverse areas. Since TR-069 is a proven technology with significant deployments, other sectors who have been struggling with secure WAN management of network devices are quickly moving to adopt.
Dimark, having invested heavily over the past several years establishing a solid reputation as the TR-069 experts, believes we are well positioned to benefit from TR-069’s accelerating and widening adoption across many market sectors.
Dimark is led by a team of seasoned professionals with an extensive history of success.
