MANAGEMENT
Frank Leonardi, Chairman & C.E.O.
Mr. Leonardi has 40 years of experience in the computer and electronics industries having held executive level management positions at Apple Computer, Commodore International, RasterOps Corporation, Sonic Systems (later SonicWall), Panasonic Corporation, and Sony Corporation. As Dimark’s senior executive, Mr. Leonardi’s role is to ensure key strategic objectives are being met. Prior to co-founding Dimark, Mr. Leonardi was President and CEO of Netility, a CPE manufacturing company specializing in multifunction gateway devices delivered via the DSL provider market. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from IONA College in New Rochelle, New York.
Larry Woodard, President
Mr. Woodard has over 20 years leading and growing high technology companies in a variety of technology markets. In his role as co-founder and President of Dimark, he is responsible for all sales, marketing and operational activities. Before co-founding Dimark, Mr. Woodard was Vice President of Marketing at Netility, a CPE manufacturing company specializing in multifunction gateway devices delivered via the DSL provider market. Prior to Netility, and during his seven year tenure as the Director of Marketing at SonicWall reporting to the CEO and responsible for all marketing activities, he saw the company grow from ten employees to over 500 with a successful IPO. Prior to SonicWall, Mr. Woodard was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Axion Corporation, where he was a key member of the team that developed the first commercially viable desktop digital video camera for the consumer PC market. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from San Jose State University.
Jerry Grenier, C.F.O.
Mr. Grenier possesses over 40 years of financial experience and expertise, from raising venture capital funding to managing all financial aspects of an IPO. Prior to joining Dimark, Jerry served as VP, Finance and CFO for notable San Francisco Bay Area companies, including Sonic Systems (later SonicWall), Southwall Technologies, and Michigan-based Champion Home Builders, which grew from a start-up to a Fortune 500 firm under Jerry's financial direction. Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant and he holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Detroit and an MBA from Chaminade University in Hawaii.
Yuriy Lomako, Director of Engineering
Mr. Lomako has over 7 years of experience in software development and project
management. At Dimark Software, Inc, he holds the function of Director of Engineering, where he is responsible for all product development and support. He also was a key member of the team that held successful business and
technical negotiations in India with local customers. He started hiscareer
as a co-founder of the rapidly-growing IT branch INSART, which is now
a partner of Dimark. Mr. Lomako has Master in
Computer Science degree from National Technical University "Kharkov
Polytechnic Institute".
Murthy Kommireddy, Director (Asia Pacific) and General Manager of Dimark Software, Pvt. Ltd, (India)
Murthy Kommireddy has over 20 years of professional experience working in IT and associated industries. Leveraging his extensive experience in business development, sales and marketing in US, Europe, and Asia, Mr. Kommirreddy played a major role in relationship building with Fortune 500 companies like Accenture, Deloitte, Intergraph, Oracle, Samsung, Booz Allan Hamilton, Northrup Gruman, etc. Mr. Kommirreddy has a history of success with the public sector markets in US, Europe and Asia and extensive experience working with managers and technology leaders in helping build good solutions with an emphasis in quality in the global environment. His specific fields of experience include manufacturing, finance, health care, telecommunications, energy infrastructure, and biotechnology. Mr. Kommirreddy holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications.

Kevin Mahony
Mr. Mahony has over eighteen years of investment banking experience. He is a former Executive Vice President of Hamilton Carter Smith, an investment banking firm specializing in the bank, thrift and mortgage banking industries. He has advised a wide variety of clients with respect to all aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, securitzations, hedging and strategic planning. Mr. Mahony also served as Vice President with ICC, a privately held banking firm where he advised clients on restructuring and refinancing alternatives. He holds a BA in Business Economics and a BS in Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Hasu Shah
Prior to founding Softek Solutions, Inc., Mr. Shah was Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Aeromovel Global Corporation and worked both in the U.S. and abroad as a Senior Executive for over 25 years with a major multi-national group, Xenel Industries. Prior to this, he worked for 7 years with Kaiser Permanente Medical Care as a Senior Operational Research Analyst. He also worked in India for 3 years with Motwane Ltd, Larsen and Toubro Ltd.
Mr. Shah has an extensive background in strategic business and financial planning, and operational management. In addition, he has vast technical knowledge and expertise in engineering and infrastructure project development.
Mr. Shah received his B.E. (Hons) from Jabalpur University, Jabalpur, India; an M.E. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, CA; and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA. Mr. Shah is a registered Professional Industrial Engineer in the State of California.

Howard Amundsen
Mr. Amundsen has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor, software and systems markets, having worked for Intel, Motorola and a number of start ups including Chorus Systems, HAL Computers, Virata and Basis Communications. At Virata, he initiated and implemented the company’s change to a silicon-and-licensed-software model focused on the last mile, broadband market and made Virata the market leader within 18 months. At Basis Communications, he led the sales team to doubling sales in its second year of operations prior to its acquisition by Intel. At Intel, he prioritized the targeted accounts, assisted in training the local sales force (both direct and indirect) and coordinated the third-party suppliers and ODMs in growing the core communications business to over $400M in revenue.
Rajesh Shah
Mr. Shah has over 25 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Program Management, Project Management, and Systems and Business Analysis. Of this, he has 13 years of experience in ERP Practice Development, Execution and Delivery. He has successfully designed, developed and delivered effective Business Solutions for a wide range of companies. Prior to founding Softek Solutions, Inc., Mr. Shah held key Management and Executive level positions in global corporations and also small companies such as: Samsung SDSA, Redciper and Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor. Also, he has held Management Consulting roles and ERP Project Management roles as such companies as: Applied Materials, CoreSoft Corporation, Adaptec and Siemens. Mr. Shah holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University, San Jose, CA; B.S. in Chemistry/Physics, Bombay University, Bombay, India; and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.
