Mr. Leonardi has 40 years of experience in the computer and electronics industries having held executive level management positions at Apple Computer, Commodore International, RasterOps Corporation, Sonic Systems (later SonicWall), Panasonic Corporation, and Sony Corporation. As Dimark’s senior executive, Mr. Leonardi’s role is to ensure key strategic objectives are being met. Prior to co-founding Dimark, Mr. Leonardi was President and CEO of Netility, a CPE manufacturing company specializing in multifunction gateway devices delivered via the DSL provider market. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from IONA College in New Rochelle, New York.
Mr. Woodard has over 20 years leading and growing high technology companies in a variety of technology markets. In his role as co-founder and President of Dimark, he is responsible for all sales, marketing and operational activities. Before co-founding Dimark, Mr. Woodard was Vice President of Marketing at Netility, a CPE manufacturing company specializing in multifunction gateway devices delivered via the DSL provider market. Prior to Netility, and during his seven year tenure as the Director of Marketing at SonicWall reporting to the CEO and responsible for all marketing activities, he saw the company grow from ten employees to over 500 with a successful IPO. Prior to SonicWall, Mr. Woodard was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Axion Corporation, where he was a key member of the team that developed the first commercially viable desktop digital video camera for the consumer PC market. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from San Jose State University.

Mr. Laubach has over 20 years of experience leading engineering efforts in the software and telecommunication industries worldwide. Before joining Dimark he held the position of President & CEO of Broadband Physics, Inc. developing next generation broadband access technologies. Mr. Laubach was also the co-founder, Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer of Com21 (NASDAQ: CMTO) where he held senior management and technology positions from first round funding through highly successful IPO and secondary offering. He directed the end-to-end systems architecture, protocol design, performance, and technology of Com21 cable TV broadband access telecommunications products. Mr. Laubach has led and directly impacted numerous national and international standards activities and industry conferences. Prior to Com21, he held management and engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard in the broadband high-speed networking and system architecture areas. He is an inventor on eight patents. He holds MSCS and BSEE degrees from the University of Delaware.
Mr. Grenier possesses over 40 years of financial experience and expertise, from raising venture capital funding to managing all financial aspects of an IPO. Prior to joining Dimark, Jerry served as VP, Finance and CFO for notable San Francisco Bay Area companies, including Sonic Systems (later SonicWall), Southwall Technologies, and Michigan-based Champion Home Builders, which grew from a start-up to a Fortune 500 firm under Jerry's financial direction. Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant and he holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Detroit and an MBA from Chaminade University in Hawaii.
Mr. Amundsen has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor, software and systems markets, having worked for Intel, Motorola and a number of start ups including Chorus Systems, HAL Computers, Virata and Basis Communications. At Virata, he initiated and implemented the company’s change to a silicon-and-licensed-software model focused on the last mile, broadband market and made Virata the market leader within 18 months. At Basis Communications, he led the sales team to doubling sales in its second year of operations prior to its acquisition by Intel. At Intel, he prioritized the targeted accounts, assisted in training the local sales force (both direct and indirect) and coordinated the third-party suppliers and ODMs in growing the core communications business to over $400M in revenue.
